Ted Watson has been involved in real estate appraisal since 2012, starting first in a family business. It was there that he became a State Certified Residential Appraiser, the highest level a residential appraiser can reach. He then went on to work as a valuation specialist for an international real estate auction company, assisting the valuation of such things as commercial office buildings, a Buddhist college, and even a decommissioned underground missile silo.
In 2016 he started Foundation Appraisal. Today, he appraises residential real estate for over 50 different lenders and does square footage estimates for countless realtors and homeowners.
